Grant Cagney
Principal Solicitor | Criminal Law & Family Law
Grant has been with the firm since 2009 and now leads as principal. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2011 (QUT Bachelor of Laws, College of Law Diploma). In 2024, Grant became the only Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law currently practising in Central Queensland. He represents clients in all areas of criminal law including traffic offences, drug matters, domestic violence, assaults, fraud, and complex charges such as homicide. Winner of the Justice Peter Dutney Memorial Award 2015. Past president and active member of the Central Queensland Law Association.
Rebecca Harris

Rebecca joined in September 2020 and brings a practical, client-focused approach. Admitted to practice in Queensland (CQUniversity Bachelor of Laws, College of Law Graduate Diploma). She regularly appears in the Magistrate's Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court. Rebecca supports clients through parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorce, family violence matters, criminal and traffic matters including work licences. Winner of the Justice Peter Dutney Memorial Award 2023.
